Dede Abalos began her career in insurance 27 years ago as a receptionist. She diligently worked and expanded her knowledge, quickly becoming a Broker.

As a 27-year veteran in the industry, she is an expert in the Wholesale Brokerage market. Dede began with M.J. Hall in 2017 and has rapidly grown her book of business, becoming a true asset to M.J. Hall.

A focused problem solver, Dede likes the challenge that wholesale Brokerage provides, and given her tenure in the industry, she knows just who to go to to get what she needs. She has carefully built a trusted team of contacts,  and prides herself on maintaining her relationships with carriers and retailers alike, providing them opportunities for training and education on new product launches, and in turn learning the challenges of their sides of the business to better inform her problem-solving strategies.

When she is not working, Dede is a single mom raising 3 boys and her dogs. She loves staying active with her kids, dirt biking, snowboarding and exploring.
