WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

We collect personal information about insureds from the following sources:

  • Applications and other forms submitted by producers. These documents may include an insured's name, address, age, phone number, Social Security number, assets, income, or beneficiaries;
  • Transactions, such as electronic and hardcopy payment submissions, payment histories, premium amounts, policy coverages, motor vehicle records, underwriting and claim documents, or loss runs;
  • Consumer reporting agencies, such as those which produce claim and/or credit histories.

IS ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED TO SET UP MY PORTAL USER ACCOUNT?

MJH may collect information, including your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, which may personally identify you in connection with establishing and maintaining your user account.  When you access the Producer Portal using a user identification and password, we may use the personal information associated with your user identification and password to identify you as a user and track your activities and production on this website.
